To make these Terms clear and specific, they are divided into two separate sections:

  1. Course Terms & Conditions — applicable to students, learners and course participants.
  2. Service Terms & Conditions — applicable to clients purchasing digital marketing or other professional services.

By accessing our Website, enrolling in a Course, purchasing a Service, submitting an enquiry or otherwise using our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the applicable Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website, enroll in our Courses or purchase our Services.

  • Online and/or offline coaching
  • Practical training and workshops
  • Career guidance and mentorship
  • Skill development programs
  • Training related to digital marketing, social media, SEO, advertising, content creation, AI tools and related digital skills
  • Other educational programs introduced by eBuddha Digitech from time to time

The exact course curriculum, duration, batch schedule, learning resources, fees, certification requirements and other conditions may vary depending on the particular Course.

For the purpose of this Part:

“eBuddha Digitech”, “eBuddha”, “we”, “us” or “our” means eBuddha Digitech.

“Website” means www.ebuddha.in and any official digital pages or online channels operated by eBuddha Digitech.

“Student”, “Learner”, “User”, “you” or “your” means any person accessing our Website, enquiring about our Courses, enrolling in a Course or using our educational services.

“Course” or “Program” means any educational, coaching, training, workshop, certification or skill-development program offered by eBuddha Digitech.

By enrolling in or accessing a Course, you agree to:

  1. Comply with these Course Terms & Conditions;
  2. Provide accurate and complete information;
  3. Follow applicable laws and regulations;
  4. Follow reasonable instructions issued by eBuddha Digitech and its trainers;
  5. Not misuse the Website, Course content or learning resources;
  6. Accept any Course-specific terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

Where a separate enrollment form, invoice, written commitment or Course-specific agreement is issued, the specific written terms may govern matters expressly covered by that document.

Enrollment in a Course becomes effective after the applicable registration process has been completed and the required fee or agreed payment has been received.

Students may be required to provide:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Educational or professional details
  • Identification or other information where reasonably required for administrative purposes

Students are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to eBuddha Digitech is accurate and up to date.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in cancellation or suspension of enrollment.

Course fees shall be communicated through the Website, authorised representatives, enrollment form, quotation, invoice or other official communication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.
  • Payments must be made only through authorised payment methods or official payment links.
  • Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges or other disclosed charges may be payable in addition to the stated fee.
  • Where an installment or EMI facility is provided through a third party, the student may also be subject to the third party's terms and payment obligations.
  • eBuddha Digitech shall not be responsible for a student's failure to comply with the terms of an independent financing or EMI provider.

Payment receipts or invoices may be issued in accordance with applicable requirements.

Course cancellation and refund eligibility shall be governed by the refund or cancellation terms communicated at the time of enrollment or purchase.

Unless a written commitment specifically states otherwise:

  • Enrollment fees are not automatically refundable merely because a student changes their mind.
  • Failure to attend classes does not automatically create a right to a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the official communication channel within the applicable period, if any.
  • Any approved refund may be subject to applicable deductions, administrative charges, taxes, payment gateway charges or other disclosed conditions.
  • Promotional, discounted, bundled or special-offer enrollments may have separate refund conditions.

Where a separate Refund/Cancellation Policy is published by eBuddha Digitech, that policy shall be read together with these Course Terms.

eBuddha Digitech may reasonably modify:

  • Class schedules;
  • Trainers or mentors;
  • Batch timings;
  • Delivery mode;
  • Course sequence;
  • Training methodology;
  • Course curriculum;
  • Learning resources;
  • Class location or online platform.

Such changes may be made due to operational requirements, trainer availability, technology, student requirements or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to enrolled students.

Where a pause, batch transfer or Course transfer facility is offered, it shall be subject to the specific rules communicated for that Course.

Such facility is not automatic and may depend upon:

  • Course type;
  • Availability of another batch;
  • Time elapsed since enrollment;
  • Outstanding fees;
  • Administrative requirements;
  • Special promotional conditions.

Any approved transfer or pause shall not automatically create a right to a refund.

Depending on the Course, students may receive access to:

  • Live classes;
  • Recorded classes;
  • Notes;
  • Assignments;
  • Projects;
  • Practical exercises;
  • Assessments;
  • Study materials;
  • Templates;
  • Tools and resources;
  • Mentorship;
  • Community groups;
  • Other learning resources.

The exact resources included in a Course may vary.

eBuddha Digitech reserves the right to update or improve the curriculum, learning resources and teaching methodology from time to time.

Where an online portal, community group or other digital platform is provided, access may be personal and limited to the enrolled student.

Students must not:

  • Share login credentials;
  • Allow another person to attend using their account;
  • Sell or transfer their account;
  • Share paid course recordings;
  • Upload Course material publicly;
  • Distribute Course videos, notes, templates or resources;
  • Record classes without prior written permission.

Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in suspension or termination of access, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to eBuddha Digitech.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all educational content and materials provided by eBuddha Digitech remain the intellectual property of eBuddha Digitech and/or its respective licensors.

This may include:

  • Assignments;
  • Worksheets;
  • Course structure;
  • Training material;
  • Written content;
  • Graphics;
  • Branding;
  • Website content;
  • Other proprietary resources.

Enrollment gives the student a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access the educational materials for learning purposes only.

It does not transfer ownership or copyright in those materials to the student.

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate responsibly.

Students agree to:

  • Attend scheduled classes;
  • Complete assignments where applicable;
  • Maintain respectful behaviour;
  • Follow trainer or instructor instructions;
  • Avoid disturbing other students;
  • Not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour;
  • Not misuse community groups or communication channels.

Where a particular Course has a minimum attendance requirement for certification, assessments, mentorship or career assistance, such requirement shall be communicated separately.

Where a certificate is included in a Course, eligibility may depend upon completion of applicable requirements such as:

  • Attendance;
  • Assignments;
  • Assessments;
  • Projects;
  • Course completion;
  • Other requirements communicated for the relevant program.

A certificate, where issued, confirms completion of the applicable educational program and should not automatically be interpreted as a government-recognised qualification unless expressly stated.

Where eBuddha Digitech provides placement assistance, career guidance, interview preparation, resume support, portfolio assistance or job opportunity information, such support is intended to assist students in improving their employment opportunities.

Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary, job role, interview selection or placement.

Final employment decisions are made by employers based on their own recruitment criteria.

eBuddha Digitech does not guarantee:

  • A particular salary;
  • A specific job title;
  • Employment within a particular period;
  • Selection by a particular company;
