Services

Digital marketing that has to show its working.

eBuddha Digitech is a digital marketing agency in Bhopal. We take on the ads, the content, the SEO and the website, and then we show you what each one did. Three teams, one person you call, and no jargon on the monthly review.

Based in Bhopal. We work with businesses across India.

Businesses we have worked with

  • Nidhi X-Ray Pathology
  • Reena Glam Touch
  • Servoluxe Solar
  • Morphbytes
  • Conemed Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

What we do

Three teams. You will usually need more than one.

Most businesses come to us for one thing and find the problem sits next door to it. Good ads pointed at a slow website waste money. Great content nobody can find does nothing. So here is all of it, and we will tell you which part you actually need first.

Services 01 to 06

Digital Marketing Services

The day-to-day work of being visible: writing, shooting, posting, ranking and following up on the people who put their hand up.

01

Content Writing

Words with a job to do. A service page that answers the question somebody typed into Google. A blog post with a point rather than a word count. A product description that tells you the size. We write in your voice, and we show you the brief before we write anything.

Usually runs alongside SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Content Creation.

What the work looks like

  • Service and location pages built around what people actually search for
  • Blog posts with a reason to exist, on a calendar you can see
  • Product and category descriptions for e-commerce catalogues
  • Rewrites of website copy that is currently doing nothing
  • Email and WhatsApp copy for offers and follow-ups
  • A one-page brief per piece, so the intent is agreed before the draft

How you will know it is working

Pages begin to show up for the terms they were written for, and people stay on them longer. Both are visible in Search Console and GA4, and both go into the monthly report rather than being described as "engagement".

Talk to us about Content Writing
02

Content Creation

The visual half of the same job. Reels, photographs, carousels and short edits made for a phone screen and for a particular audience. Nothing here is made to win an award; it is made to be watched to the end.

Usually runs alongside Social Media Marketing and Content Writing.

What the work looks like

  • Reels and short-form video, shot and edited
  • Photography for products, interiors, staff and events
  • Carousels and static posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Thumbnails, covers and profile artwork
  • A monthly shoot day so the calendar never runs dry
  • Captions written with the post, not pasted on afterwards

How you will know it is working

Saves, shares, watch time and reach per post are the honest numbers for content. Follower count is the one everybody quotes and the one that tells you least, so we report the first four and mention the fifth in passing.

Talk to us about Content Creation
03

Social Media Marketing

Turning up consistently, sounding like a person rather than a brand deck. Planning what goes out, putting it out, answering the people who reply, and knowing which post is worth putting money behind.

Usually runs alongside Content Creation and Meta Ads and Google Ads.

What the work looks like

  • A monthly calendar you approve before anything is published
  • Scheduling and posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Replying to comments and DMs during working hours
  • Research into what is actually working in your industry, locally
  • Boosting the two or three posts a month that earn it
  • A monthly note on what worked, what flopped and why we think so

How you will know it is working

Reach and engagement matter, but the number we care about is enquiries that came through a profile, a DM or a link in bio. Those are tagged so they can be counted rather than guessed at.

Talk to us about Social Media Marketing

Two halves of the same job

Social media offerings

Most businesses need both, and they are genuinely different work. One is showing up every day and sounding like a human. The other is paying to be in front of people who have never heard of you. We price and report them separately so you can see which one is carrying the month.

Organic Social Management

The everyday presence. A calendar you approve before anything goes out, reels and carousels shot and written here, stories on schedule, and a person answering the comments and DMs during working hours. Nothing is published that you have not seen, and no caption is recycled from another client.

  • Calendar approved a month ahead
  • Shooting, editing and captions
  • Comments and DMs answered
  • Profiles and highlights kept tidy

Paid Social, mostly Meta Ads

Instagram and Facebook ads built as their own thing rather than a boost button. Audiences and creative go out a few at a time so we can tell which one did the work, and the cost per enquiry is read every week rather than explained at the end of the month.

  • Campaigns structured by intent
  • Creative tested a few at a time
  • Weekly cost-per-enquiry check
  • Your ad account, in your name

Reels and Video Production

A shoot day every month so the calendar never runs on stock footage. We plan the hooks first, shoot in a batch, and edit for sound off, because most of the feed is watched that way. Subtitles go on everything.

  • Monthly batch shoot day
  • Hooks planned before the shoot
  • Edited for watching without sound
  • Subtitles and covers included

Creator and Influencer Work

Usually local creators rather than big names, because a Bhopal audience trusts a face it recognises. We shortlist, negotiate the rate, write the brief, and check the numbers afterwards against what was promised.

  • Shortlists with real engagement checked
  • Rates negotiated and written down
  • Briefs that leave room for their voice
  • Paid partnership labels applied properly

Community and Reviews

The unglamorous half. Questions answered the same day, complaints taken off a public thread and into a DM, and a steady habit of asking happy customers for a Google review instead of hoping one turns up.

  • Same-day replies during the week
  • Complaints handled, not deleted
  • Google and Facebook reviews chased
  • An escalation route agreed with you

Reporting and Listening

One report a month in language you can read out to someone else, plus a standing eye on what your competitors are posting and what people are saying about you. Every report ends with what changes next month and why.

  • Monthly report, plain language
  • Competitor posting watched
  • Mentions and tags tracked
  • Ends with the next month’s plan

LinkedIn and B2B Social

For businesses whose customers are other businesses, where the company page does less work than the people behind it. We ghostwrite for founders and senior staff in their own voice, and we will not post anything you would be embarrassed to have said.

  • Company page kept current
  • Founder and team posts, ghostwritten
  • Comment activity on the right threads
  • Employee advocacy without the cringe

YouTube and Long-form

The channel most businesses open and then abandon. Long-form answers the questions your sales team keeps repeating, and it keeps earning views for years, which is more than a reel does. Shorts feed the same channel.

  • Channel and playlists set up properly
  • Long-form built from real customer questions
  • Titles and thumbnails tested
  • Shorts cut from the same footage

WhatsApp and Direct Channels

Where most Indian enquiries actually finish. Click-to-WhatsApp ads, a catalogue people can browse in the app, and broadcasts that go out on a schedule rather than whenever someone remembers. Opt-outs are honoured the first time.

  • WhatsApp Business set up with a catalogue
  • Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns
  • Broadcasts on a schedule, not on a whim
  • Templates approved before you need them

Audit and Account Setup

A sensible place to start if you are not ready for a retainer. We go through what you already have, write down what is worth fixing in what order, and hand it over. You can act on it yourself, and plenty of people do.

  • Every profile reviewed and scored
  • Bios, highlights and pinned posts fixed
  • Tracking and pixels checked
  • A written plan you can act on alone
04

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Being found by people who are already looking for what you sell. Slower than ads to start, and considerably cheaper once it is running. This is also where most Bhopal businesses have the easiest ground to make up.

Usually runs alongside Content Writing and WordPress Development.

What the work looks like

  • A technical audit before anything else: speed, indexing, crawl errors, mobile
  • Keyword mapping so each page has one job instead of competing with its neighbours
  • On-page work: titles, headings, internal links, schema markup
  • Google Business Profile set up properly, with posts, photos and review prompts
  • A content plan built from real search volume in your market
  • Links earned through listings, partnerships and press, never bought by the hundred

How you will know it is working

Positions for the keywords we mapped, impressions and clicks in Search Console, and calls or form fills attributed to organic in GA4. If a term is not moving after a quarter, we say so and change the approach rather than quietly reporting a different metric.

05

Lead Generation

Everything between a stranger noticing you and your phone ringing. Most businesses lose people in that gap, usually because the form is long, the follow-up is slow, or nobody knows which enquiry came from where.

Usually runs alongside Conversion Rate Optimization and B2B and B2C Lead Generation.

What the work looks like

  • Landing pages and forms built for one offer at a time
  • Lead magnets that are worth an email address
  • WhatsApp and call-back routes for people who will not fill a form
  • Automated first replies so nobody waits overnight
  • Every source tagged, so you can see which channel produced which lead
  • A simple sheet or CRM view your team can actually work from

How you will know it is working

Cost per lead, and then the number that matters more: how many of those leads your team called qualified. We ask you for that second figure every month, because without it we are optimising for volume rather than business.

Talk to us about Lead Generation

How it runs

Our lead generation process

Six steps, in this order. The first two happen before any money goes into an ad account, which is the part most agencies skip.

  1. 1st

Agree what a lead is worth

We ask what a customer is worth to you and how many enquiries your team can actually handle in a week. Without those two numbers there is no way to tell a good campaign from a busy one, and every later decision is guesswork.

  2. 2nd

Match the channel to the intent

Somebody searching for an emergency plumber is not the same as somebody scrolling at eleven at night. Search, social and remarketing each get the job they are good at, rather than one budget spread thinly over all three.

  3. 3rd

Build the page before the campaign

The landing page comes first: one offer, one action, and the same promise as the ad that sent them. Sending paid traffic to a homepage is the most common way we see budgets wasted here in Bhopal.

  4. 4th

    Prove the tracking works

Conversions, call clicks and WhatsApp taps get instrumented and then tested with a real submission before spend starts. If the numbers cannot be trusted in week one, nothing after it can be either.

  5. 5th

Get the follow-up under an hour

Automated first replies go out immediately and the lead lands somewhere your team already looks. Most lost enquiries are not a marketing problem; they are a nobody-called-them-back problem.

  6. 6th

    Cut what is not converting

Every week we read cost per qualified lead by campaign and by creative, and switch off what is not paying, including ideas of ours you liked. What is left gets the budget the losers were using.

06

WordPress Development

A WordPress site your marketing team can edit without raising a ticket. Most of the WordPress sites we inherit are slow because of what was bolted onto them, not because of WordPress.

Usually runs alongside SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Landing Page Development.

What the work looks like

  • Theme build or a clean rebuild of what you already have
  • Page building set up so your team can add pages without breaking the design
  • Speed work: image handling, caching, and cutting the plugins nobody uses
  • SEO basics wired in from the start rather than added later
  • Backups, updates and security hardening
  • A short handover session, recorded, so new staff can watch it later

How you will know it is working

Load time on a mid-range phone over mobile data, not on a desktop over office wifi. Plus how often you need to call us to change something, which should trend towards never.

Talk to us about WordPress Development

Services 07 to 11

Performance Marketing Services

Money in, enquiries out, and a weekly look at whether the trade is worth making. This is the part of the work that can be switched off the day it stops paying.

07

E-commerce Sales

Selling product online, where every rupee of spend can be traced to an order or to nothing. The work is as much about the catalogue and the checkout as it is about the ads.

Usually runs alongside E-commerce Website Development and Conversion Rate Optimization.

What the work looks like

  • Product feed built and kept clean for Google Shopping and Meta catalogues
  • Campaigns split by margin, not lumped into one budget
  • Retargeting for carts and product views, capped so it does not follow people for a month
  • Offer and bundle testing, one variable at a time
  • Checkout and product page fixes where the drop-off actually is
  • Weekly numbers on spend, orders and return on ad spend

How you will know it is working

Return on ad spend by campaign and by product, read against your real margin rather than your sticker price. A 4x return on a thin-margin item is a loss, and we will say so.

Talk to us about E-commerce Sales
08

B2B and B2C Lead Generation

Paid campaigns aimed at people who are meant to become customers. B2B and B2C need different patience: one is a long list of the right people, the other is volume with a tight cost per lead.

Usually runs alongside Lead Generation and Meta Ads and Google Ads.

What the work looks like

  • Audience and intent research before a single campaign is built
  • LinkedIn and Google for B2B, Meta and Google for B2C
  • Forms and landing pages matched to the ad that sent people there
  • Lead quality scored with your sales team, not by us alone
  • Negative keywords and exclusions maintained every week
  • A weekly cost-per-lead check with the campaign paused if it drifts

How you will know it is working

Cost per qualified lead, tracked to the campaign and creative that produced it. Raw lead count is easy to inflate, so we report both side by side and expect to be asked about the gap.

Talk to us about B2B and B2C Lead Generation
09

Meta Ads and Google Ads

The two platforms most budgets live on. Google catches people already looking; Meta interrupts people who were not. They need different creative and different expectations, which is where most in-house accounts go wrong.

Usually runs alongside B2B and B2C Lead Generation and Landing Page Development.

What the work looks like

  • Account structure built from scratch, or an audit of the one you have
  • Search, Performance Max, Meta prospecting and retargeting as separate lines
  • Creative made for each placement rather than one image stretched everywhere
  • Conversion tracking checked and proven before spend starts
  • Weekly optimisation, monthly creative refresh
  • Your ad accounts stay in your name, with us added as a partner

How you will know it is working

Cost per result and the trend in it. We also report what we switched off and why, because a campaign that dies quietly is more useful to you than a report that only lists winners.

Talk to us about Meta Ads and Google Ads
10

Web App Marketing

Marketing a product where the win is a sign-up that sticks around, not a one-off sale. The funnel is longer, and the first week after install or sign-up decides most of it.

Usually runs alongside Conversion Rate Optimization and Custom Website Development.

What the work looks like

  • Sign-up and activation funnel mapped before spend starts
  • Campaigns for installs, sign-ups and paid conversion kept separate
  • Onboarding emails and in-product nudges for the first week
  • Events instrumented so activation is measurable, not assumed
  • App store and listing copy where it applies
  • Cohort reporting, so month one and month four are not averaged together

How you will know it is working

Cost per activated user and week-four retention. Installs and sign-ups are the vanity layer above both, and we report them as context rather than as the result.

Talk to us about Web App Marketing
11

Conversion Rate Optimization

Making better use of the traffic you already pay for. Usually the cheapest work on this page, and almost always the least glamorous: a shorter form, a clearer price, a button that says what happens next.

Usually runs alongside Landing Page Development and Lead Generation.

What the work looks like

  • Session recordings and funnel drop-off analysis to find where people leave
  • Heatmaps on the pages that matter, not on all of them
  • Form, pricing and checkout rewrites
  • Speed work where it is costing conversions on mobile
  • A/B tests run long enough to mean something
  • A running list of what we changed and what it did

How you will know it is working

Conversion rate per page, before and after each change, with the date of the change marked. If a test does not clear the noise, it is reported as inconclusive rather than dressed up as a win.

Talk to us about Conversion Rate Optimization

Services 12 to 17

Web Development Services

The site everything else points at. Quick on a phone, simple to edit, and built so a change to a headline does not need a developer.

12

Static Web Development

For sites whose content does not change every week. Fewer moving parts means faster pages, a smaller attack surface and cheaper hosting. A brochure site does not need a database.

Usually runs alongside Landing Page Development and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

What the work looks like

  • Hand-built or generated pages with no CMS overhead
  • Hosting on a CDN so the page is served from close to the visitor
  • Forms wired to email or a service, with spam handling
  • SEO markup, sitemap and analytics set up at build time
  • A staging link for every change before it goes live
  • Source handed over, so you are not tied to us to make changes

How you will know it is working

Load time and Core Web Vitals on a mid-range Android over mobile data, plus a hosting bill that stays small.

Talk to us about Static Web Development
13

Dynamic Website Development

For sites where content changes often and staff need to change it themselves: listings, courses, inventory, news. The build is judged on how comfortable your team is a month after handover.

Usually runs alongside Custom Website Development and WordPress Development.

What the work looks like

  • A content model designed around how your team actually works
  • Admin screens kept plain, with only the fields that are needed
  • Search, filtering and pagination that hold up as content grows
  • Roles and permissions so the wrong person cannot publish
  • Staging, backups and a rollback path
  • Training on handover, recorded for the next person who joins

How you will know it is working

How much of the site your team updates without calling us, and whether pages stay fast once there are a few hundred of them.

Talk to us about Dynamic Website Development
14

Custom Website Development

When the thing you need does not exist as a template. A booking flow with your rules in it, a calculator, a portal your customers log into. Built only when a ready-made option genuinely will not do, because custom costs more to keep alive.

Usually runs alongside CRM Development and Dynamic Website Development.

What the work looks like

  • A scoping round that ends in a written specification
  • Design and build in stages you can see and stop
  • Integrations with the tools you already run: payments, ERP, CRM, WhatsApp
  • Automated tests on the parts where a bug costs money
  • Documentation written for the next developer, not just for us
  • A support window after launch, agreed up front

How you will know it is working

The manual process it replaced, measured in hours a week. If we cannot name that process before we start, the project usually should not start.

Talk to us about Custom Website Development
15

E-commerce Website Development

A shop that takes money reliably. Most of the difficulty is not the storefront; it is stock, delivery charges, returns and what happens when a payment half fails.

Usually runs alongside E-commerce Sales and Conversion Rate Optimization.

What the work looks like

  • Catalogue structure, variants and stock rules set up properly
  • Payment gateway and COD flows, tested with real failures
  • Shipping rates, pin-code serviceability and returns
  • A checkout stripped of every field that is not needed
  • GST-correct invoicing and order emails
  • Analytics and product feeds ready for the ad platforms on day one

How you will know it is working

Checkout completion rate and the number of orders that need a human to fix them. The second one is the honest measure of whether the build was any good.

Talk to us about E-commerce Website Development
16

CRM Development

Somewhere for enquiries to live after they arrive. Off-the-shelf first if it fits; a custom build when your process genuinely does not match anything on the market. Either way, the goal is that no lead is sitting in somebody’s WhatsApp unanswered.

Usually runs alongside Lead Generation and Custom Website Development.

What the work looks like

  • Your sales process written down before any software is chosen
  • Pipeline stages, owners and follow-up reminders
  • Every enquiry source feeding in: website, ads, calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins
  • Dashboards for the people who need them and nobody else
  • Import of whatever you have now, mess included
  • Training for the team that has to use it every day

How you will know it is working

Response time to a new enquiry, and how many leads have no next action against them. Both should fall in the first month, and both are easy to check.

Talk to us about CRM Development
17

Landing Page Development

One page, one offer, one action. Built to be pointed at by an ad and to be changed quickly when the ad changes. A campaign sent to a homepage is money left on the table.

Usually runs alongside Conversion Rate Optimization and Meta Ads and Google Ads.

What the work looks like

  • A page per offer or per audience, not one page for everything
  • Copy written from the ad, so the promise matches on arrival
  • Form kept to the fields your sales team truly needs
  • Built to load fast on mobile data, because that is where the click came from
  • Tracking and UTMs set up before launch
  • Variants ready for testing rather than bolted on later

How you will know it is working

Conversion rate of the page against the campaign feeding it, and the cost per lead that results. A page that converts well on cheap junk traffic is not a success, so the two are always read together.

Talk to us about Landing Page Development

How we work

Four steps, and the first one is not design.

  1. 01

    We ask the boring questions

What does one customer cost you today? Which enquiries do you turn away? Where did last year's budget actually go? We would rather spend the first week on this than guess in month three.

  2. 02

You get a plan you can argue with

Written down. What we will do, in what order, and what we expect each piece to move. If a line does not make sense for your business, say so on the call and it comes out.

  3. 03

We build and ship in stages

Ads go live a few at a time so we can tell what worked. Content follows a calendar you can see. Website changes sit on a staging link before they go anywhere near your customers.

  4. 04

You get a report you can read

Once a month, in plain language: what we spent, what came in, what changes next. Everything stays in your name, so the accounts are yours whether or not you stay with us.

The working relationship

What you get, apart from the work itself

  • One person to call

Not a shared inbox. You will have a name and a number, and they will know your account without looking it up.

  • Accounts in your name

Meta, Google Ads, Analytics, the domain, the hosting. We work inside your accounts, not around them.

  • A monthly review call

Half an hour, screen shared, and every question is fair game, including the awkward ones about spend.

  • Work in the open

A shared folder with the creatives, the drafts and the reports. Nothing sits only on our machines.

  • No lock-in beyond notice

The agreement has a notice period and that is the whole of it. Nobody is kept by a contract.

  • Proper GST invoices

On time, itemised, and matching what we said we would charge.

Before you ask

The questions we get on the first call

How soon will I see results?

It depends which service. Paid ads can bring enquiries in the first week, though it usually takes a month of tuning before they are the right enquiries. SEO is slower and is better measured in quarters. Anyone promising you page one in thirty days is selling something.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes, and a lot of our work is with single-location businesses here in Bhopal. If the budget is too small for what you are asking, we will say so on the first call and tell you what we would do in your place instead.

What does it cost?

It depends on the scope, and for ads it also depends on your monthly spend. We quote after the first conversation rather than before, which is why there is no price list on this page. A clinic and an e-commerce brand do not need the same thing.

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with social media or a website and add the rest once they can see what it is doing. We would rather do one thing properly than four things thinly.

Who actually does the work?

Our own team, in our own office. Your account is not passed to a freelancer you have never spoken to.

Do you train teams as well?

Yes. Training is the other half of what eBuddha Digitech does. If you would rather build the skill inside your own team, the course is a better use of your money than a retainer.

Start here

Tell us what you are trying to fix

Not a brief, and not a budget. Two or three lines about the problem is enough to have a useful first conversation. We will come back with what we think it needs and whether we are the right people for it.

  • A reply from a person, not an autoresponder
  • No sales sequence, and no calls you did not ask for
  • If it is not for us, we will say so

We will only use these details to reply to you.
