eBuddha Digitech Refund & Cancellation

Effective Date: January, 2026

At eBuddha Digitech (“eBuddha Digitech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we aim to provide practical, industry-oriented training and learning experiences through our courses and educational programs.

This Course Refund & Cancellation Policy applies specifically to students enrolling in courses, training programs, workshops, coaching programs, and other educational offerings provided by eBuddha Digitech.

By completing your enrollment and making payment for a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

This policy applies to courses and educational programs offered by eBuddha Digitech, including but not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing Courses
  • Performance Marketing Training
  • SEO Training
  • Social Media Marketing Training
  • Content Creation Training
  • Graphic Design Training
  • Website Development Training
  • AI & Generative AI Training
  • Other professional and skill-development programs

The applicable refund terms may vary depending on the specific course or offer communicated to the student at the time of enrollment.

eBuddha Digitech may offer a limited refund window for eligible instructor-led courses.

Where a specific course is advertised or communicated as having a Money-Back Guarantee, the student may request a refund subject to all the conditions mentioned below.

Refund requests must satisfy all applicable conditions:

  1. The student must attend the first scheduled live session of the enrolled batch.
  2. The student must communicate their dissatisfaction or refund request within 24 hours of completion of the first session.
  3. The refund request must be submitted through the official communication channel/email provided by eBuddha Digitech.
  4. The student must not have accessed, downloaded, copied, or substantially used restricted digital course material, recordings, resources, or other digital content, where such condition applies.
  5. The student must provide the required enrollment and payment details for verification.

Failure to satisfy any mandatory condition may result in the refund request being rejected.

Not every course, workshop, recorded program, special offer, bootcamp, or training program offered by eBuddha Digitech may carry a Money-Back Guarantee.

Unless a refund or Money-Back Guarantee is specifically mentioned in the course offer, enrollment communication, invoice, or written agreement, the course fee will be considered non-refundable after enrollment and payment confirmation.

Where a Money-Back Guarantee applies, the refund request must be submitted within 24 hours after completion of the student's first scheduled live session.

Requests received after the applicable refund period may not be considered.

The refund period begins from the completion of the student's first scheduled session and not from the date on which the student first contacts eBuddha Digitech.

Attendance in the first scheduled session is mandatory for students seeking a refund under an applicable Money-Back Guarantee.

If a student:

  • Does not attend the first session;
  • Attends a later session instead;
  • Requests a batch shift and then attends another batch;
  • Starts using course resources without attending the first session;

the refund eligibility may be considered forfeited.

Where a course provides access to an LMS (Learning Management System), recorded lectures, downloadable study material, assignments, templates, tools, resources, recordings, community groups, or other digital content, refund eligibility may be affected by access or usage of such resources.

A refund request may be rejected where the student has:

  • Watched recorded sessions;
  • Downloaded course material;
  • Downloaded or accessed restricted resources;
  • Copied or reproduced course content;
  • Accessed paid digital resources;
  • Substantially used the learning platform.

eBuddha Digitech may verify LMS activity, access logs, downloads, and other relevant records before deciding a refund request.

Refunds will generally not be provided because of personal circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change in career plans;
  • Change in employment;
  • Lack of time;
  • Change in educational plans;
  • Relocation;
  • Personal commitments;
  • Family circumstances;
  • Change of interest;
  • Financial difficulties after enrollment;
  • Failure to attend classes after enrollment.

Students are encouraged to carefully evaluate the course, schedule, curriculum, fees, and learning requirements before enrolling.

Non-attendance does not automatically qualify a student for a refund.

If a student enrolls in a course but subsequently stops attending classes, fails to watch recordings, does not complete assignments, or otherwise stops participating in the program, the course fee will generally remain non-refundable.

Course access will be provided according to the duration and access terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

Failure to use the course within the applicable access period does not create an automatic right to a refund.

Subject to availability and management approval, eBuddha Digitech may allow a student to shift to another batch.

Batch changes may be subject to:

  • Availability of seats;
  • Applicable administrative conditions;
  • Difference in course fees, if any;
  • Applicable batch-change limits.

A batch change does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Where permitted by eBuddha Digitech, a student may request transfer of their enrollment to another person before the commencement of the course.

Such transfer:

  • Requires prior written approval;
  • May be subject to verification;
  • Must be requested before the course begins;
  • May not be available for every course or promotional offer.

After the course has commenced, enrollment transfer may not be permitted.

Courses purchased under:

  • Promotional offers;
  • Special discounts;
  • Early-bird offers;
  • Festival offers;
  • Group discounts;
  • Special campaigns;

may have separate refund or cancellation conditions.

The specific terms communicated at the time of purchase will apply.

Where a student purchases a course through EMI, financing, loan, or third-party payment facilities, any refund will be subject to the applicable terms of the financing/payment provider.

Third-party processing fees, interest, convenience fees, or other charges may not be refundable where such charges have already been incurred.

eBuddha Digitech will not be responsible for charges imposed independently by a financing or payment provider.

If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same course, the student should contact eBuddha Digitech as soon as possible.

After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded or adjusted against another payable amount, subject to applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

If eBuddha Digitech is unable to deliver a purchased course or program and cannot reasonably provide an alternative batch, schedule, or delivery method, eBuddha Digitech may provide an appropriate refund or alternative remedy, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

eBuddha Digitech may occasionally postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel a batch due to operational, instructor, technical, enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, eBuddha Digitech may offer:

  • An alternative batch;
  • A revised schedule;
  • Online/offline alternative;
  • Course continuation at another suitable time;
  • Another reasonable solution.

Rescheduling alone does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unless expressly stated under a separate written agreement, enrollment in a course does not guarantee:

  • Employment;
  • Salary;
  • Promotion;
  • Internship;
  • Client acquisition;
  • Business growth;
  • Specific income;
  • Specific examination results.

Therefore, failure to achieve a desired career or financial outcome does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

Once initiated by eBuddha Digitech, the time taken for the refund to appear in the student's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

To request a refund under an applicable refund policy, the student should provide:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Course Name
  • Enrollment Date
  • Payment/Transaction ID
  • Date of Payment
  • Reason for Refund
  • Any supporting information requested by eBuddha Digitech

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

All refund requests may be reviewed by eBuddha Digitech based on:

  • Enrollment records;
  • Attendance records;
  • LMS activity;
  • Payment records;
  • Course access;
  • Refund eligibility conditions;
  • Applicable promotional terms;
  • Other relevant circumstances.

The decision will be made in accordance with the applicable course-specific terms and applicable law.
